Where we ship

We ship to every address in the United States. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway and a few other countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order and no shipping charge is added at checkout, however many items you order. Prices are in US dollars.

Made to order

Every Bondkin tee is printed for you after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is printed by our production partner and shipped straight to you.

Delivery time

Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay. Matching sets ship together whenever possible. If the items in your order are printed in different places, they can arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Gifts and holidays

Ordering for Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas? Check the estimated delivery date at checkout, and order early in the season. Because items are made to order, we cannot rush production.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is added at checkout where required. If your order is sent from outside the country it is delivered to, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged when the parcel arrives. These are not included in what you pay us and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the parcel was not collected, we can send it again, but we may charge for the second shipment.

Damaged, lost or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, never arrives or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. See our Refund policy for returns.
